I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with Armenian roots. I speak Armenian fluently and have worked with many different communities, including Hispanic families. This helps me understand and support clients from all backgrounds.

I started my career helping kids with special needs and autism. Then, I got my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount St. Mary University. I love working with children, teens, and young adults. My goal is to make them feel safe and understood when we talk.

I use different ways to help my clients. Sometimes we do art or play therapy. Other times, we talk about thoughts and feelings. I know social media can be tough for young people, so we often discuss things like self-esteem and feeling nervous around others or in public.
I help with many issues, like anxiety, ADHD, depression, autism, and dealing with loss. I'm always learning new ways to help, like special therapy for trauma and Christian therapy.

No matter what problems my clients face - be it behavior issues, worry, or family stuff - I'm here to help. I work hard to understand each person's culture and background, so I can support them in the best way possible.

Don't hesitate to reach out, I will be happy to join your flourishing journey.
