We are seeking bilingual (Spanish-speaking) licensed mental health professionals to join our faith-based practice in California. Our ideal candidates can work either remotely anywhere in California or in our welcoming office in the Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA. To meet the diverse needs of our community, we're seeking clinicians who are comfortable providing both in-person and remote sessions.

Essential Requirements:

• Must be licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist

• Fluent in Spanish

• Strong faith-based counseling background

• Desire to build and be a part of a thriving faith-based private practice

• Experience with EHR systems and basic computer skills

• Laptop/Tablet capable of doing Telehealth & Virtual Appointments

• Possess a positive, collaborative mindset

• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours

• Strong character matters – integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care

 

Specialties may include:

• Faith-based counseling and spiritual integration

• Marriage/Couples Therapy

• Family Systems Therapy

• Child or Adolescent Specialty

• Trauma-Informed Therapy

• Depression and Anxiety Treatment

• Certified in Gottman or EFT a plus

• Hispanic/Latino cultural competency

 

What we're looking for:

• Experience integrating faith into therapeutic practice as appropriate

• Experience in Play Therapy, or other Child-focused Modality Preferred

• Experience in EMDR, IFS, CPT, or other Trauma Informed Training Preferred

• Experience with working with couples and families

 

What gives you an edge:

• Experience collaborating with Psychiatrists

• Additional therapeutic certifications

• Experience working with Spanish-speaking families
